How much does Friseurpilot cost?
Friseurpilot costs starting at $49/chair/month with all modules included — online booking, client file with color formula, TSE POS and DATEV export. From two chairs, monthly cancellation. The owner counts as a chair. Unlike Booksy, there is no commission per booking on top.
Is the POS TSE-certified and GoBD-compliant?
Yes. The POS in Friseurpilot is TSE-certified per Kassensicherungsverordnung. Every receipt carries a checksum and signature. Receipts are archived audit-proof for 10 years per § 147 AO. In a surprise cash-register audit you open all reports in two clicks.
Can clients book directly from Instagram?
Yes. We deliver a booking link the owner drops into the Instagram bio and Google Business profile. The client sees available slots per stylist, picks service and time and gets an SMS confirmation. The booking flows straight into the salon's calendar.
How does card payment work?
We integrate SumUp or Adyen as the card terminal. The stylist enters the amount at the POS, the terminal opens automatically, and the client pays contactless with card or phone. The amount appears in the TSE receipt and DATEV export instantly.
Can we import the old index cards?
Yes. We scan the old index cards with you at onboarding or you type the current color formulas of your regulars directly into Friseurpilot. Afterwards every stylist has the last color of every client at a glance — even when the regular stylist is sick.
