Are the invoices GoBD-compliant?
Yes. Werkstattpilot generates invoices with checksums and archives them audit-proof in a Frankfurt data centre. 10-year retention per § 147 AO is standard. During a spot check or tax audit the auditor finds any invoice in seconds — not in two days of binder hunting.
Can we migrate from AutoCRM or Werkstatt-Manager?
Yes. Customer data, vehicles, open estimates and the parts price list come in via CSV import or direct data export from AutoCRM, Werkstatt-Manager and other systems. A migration session is part of onboarding — we run your first estimate and first invoice together with the shop owner and the office.
