Can we export listings to ImmoScout and Immowelt?
Yes. Maklerpilot connects via OpenImmo to ImmoScout24, Immowelt, eBay Kleinanzeigen and other portals. Maintain a listing once, publish everywhere — automatically updated on price changes.
How does MaBV commission tracking work?
Maklerpilot represents the MaBV requirements: separate custody of client funds, escrow account management, commission splits on dual mandates. At year-end the MaBV audit takes one hour instead of three days.
Can we migrate from onOffice or FLOWFACT?
Yes. Listings, prospects and commission histories come in via export from onOffice, FLOWFACT, propstack and similar systems. A migration session is part of onboarding.
Is prospect capture GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Prospect data is captured with explicit consent, deletion requests are handled in one click. Maklerpilot runs from a Frankfurt data centre under an Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement.
