Is HeilM catalog billing current?
Yes. Physiopilot maintains the current Heilmittelkatalog per GKV rules centrally, including prices, item numbers and combination rules. On catalog updates we update centrally — your practice does not have to adjust anything.
Can we migrate from THEORG or starke Praxis?
Yes. Patient records, prescription history and open billing come in via standard export from THEORG, starke Praxis, Buchner and similar systems. A migration session is part of onboarding — we take over data and run the first treatment day together.
Can therapists use the app on their phones?
Yes. Therapists see their day plan, patient information and treatment history on iOS and Android. Document treatments at the patient, no PC marathon after hours.
Is the patient record GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Physiopilot runs from a Frankfurt data centre under an Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement. Patient data is encrypted, access is logged, deletion policy per contract term. Confidentiality is preserved.
