Is filing GoBD-compliant?
Yes. Reports, invoices and on-site data are archived audit-proof with checksums and timestamps in a Frankfurt data centre under an Article 28 GDPR agreement. 10-year retention per § 147 AO is standard.
Can we integrate DAT and Audatex?
Yes. Gutachterpilot imports calculations from DAT SilverDAT and Audatex directly into the report. When these systems update, we adjust centrally.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Photos, notes and position capture work offline — for on-site jobs in underground garages or construction sites without signal. As soon as you're back on network, the app syncs automatically.
Can we hand invoices to DATEV?
Yes. Invoices and receipts flow via DATEV export to your accountant, with cost-centre and account allocation. Bookkeeping drops from one day per month to one hour.
